Accessibility

Nordic Park wants everyone to be able to browse, choose and buy our art, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

What we aim for. We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Every product picture has a written description, every option on our product pages can be chosen with a keyboard and is read out by screen readers, and we check text colours for contrast.

How we check. We test our pages with automated accessibility tools and by hand, using only a keyboard, and we re-check when we change the site. Checkout is run by Shopify, which maintains its own accessibility standards.

If something doesn't work for you. We're a small team and some parts of the site may still fall short. If anything gets in your way, email us at info@nordicpark.co and tell us the page and what happened. We'll reply within two working days and help you find and order the piece you want by email.
