Every artwork is available as a Stretched Canvas (a clean, frameless look that sits flush against your wall) or with a Floating Frame in oak, walnut, black or gold. The floating frame is our most popular option — it gives a gallery-quality finish with a subtle shadow gap between the canvas and frame. Both options arrive fully assembled and ready to hang.
Every piece is printed using Giclée technology on museum-grade 380 GSM fine art canvas — the same method used by galleries and fine art studios. We use high-resolution imagery and professional colour-calibrated printers, so what you see on screen is what arrives at your door. The finish is a soft, non-reflective matte with rich, true-to-life colour designed to last over 100 years without fading.
Gently dust the surface with a soft, dry cloth or feather duster. Avoid water, cleaning solutions or abrasive materials. For best longevity, hang your artwork away from direct sunlight and avoid high-humidity rooms like bathrooms. Always handle the piece by the frame rather than touching the canvas directly.
Changes in temperature or humidity can occasionally cause the canvas to loosen slightly over time. This is normal for stretched canvas and is usually easy to fix at home:
- Lightly mist the back of the canvas with a spray bottle, focusing on the affected area.
- Allow it to dry naturally — as it dries, the canvas should tighten and return to normal within a day or two.
- Repeat if needed — a few rounds usually does it.
If it doesn't resolve, just get in touch and we'll arrange a free replacement.
No. This is a professionally printed fine art canvas with a smooth, flat surface. It is not hand-painted and does not include raised texture. Any texture you see is part of the printed design.
All sizes arrive within 1–2 weeks. Shipping is free on every order and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your artwork is dispatched.
Yes. Every piece arrives fully assembled with a hanging wire pre-installed on the back. One screw in the wall and you're done — no extra hardware or assembly required.
When you order more than one piece of artwork, they're often shipped in separate packages to make sure each piece is properly protected. You should receive a separate tracking number for each package — check your email for additional tracking links. The second package usually arrives within a day or two of the first. If you can't find a tracking number for any of your items, just email us and we'll look into it.
Yes — if you email us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can make changes to your size, frame or cancel entirely. After that window your piece goes into production and we're no longer able to make adjustments. If you've just placed an order and need a change, don't wait — email info@nordicpark.co right away.
Yes — changes can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to update your size or frame selection, please email us immediately at info@nordicpark.co. After 24 hours from the time of purchase, or once the order has been delivered, changes are no longer possible.
Because every piece is custom-printed to order, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges. We know that's a big commitment — which is why we put a lot of care into accurate product imagery and detailed size guides to help you feel confident before you buy. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, just send us a photo and we'll ship a free replacement. Fewer than 1 in 200 orders ever have an issue. You can read our full policy here.
Email us at info@nordicpark.co with photos of both the damaged artwork and the outer packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible — no need to return the original.
We're a US-based company and all of our artwork is printed and framed in the United States, at our facilities in California and Kentucky. Every piece is printed to order and shipped directly to your door from the nearest location via FedEx.
