Return & Refund Policy for Nordic Park

Thanks for purchasing our products at nordicpark.co operated by Nordic Park. Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, items are not eligible for a return. We only offer refunds if the product arrives broken or defective.

Refunds

We take the quality of our products seriously and each piece is inspected before shipment. However, damage during transit can occur and in such rare instances, we handle refunds as follows:

  • If your framed canvas art arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately at holly@nordicpark.co with your order number, detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence.
  • Upon receipt of your email, we will review the claim and get back to you within 48 hours to determine the validity of the claim.
  • If the claim is approved, you will receive the choice of a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund requests must be made within 7-10 days of receiving the item.

Non-returnable items

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are only offered for products that are broken upon arrival or defective.
