Replacements-Only Policy
At Nordic Park, each piece of art is custom-made to order, ensuring the highest quality and uniqueness. Due to this custom process, we sadly cannot offer returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to provide a free replacement. Fortunately, only about 0.5% of our orders (1 in 200) encounter such issues.
How It Works:
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at holly@nordicpark.co with your order number and photos of both the damaged item and packaging.
We will process your replacement as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
