Replacements-Only Policy

At Nordic Park, each piece of art is custom-made to order, ensuring the highest quality and uniqueness. Due to this custom process, we sadly cannot offer returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to provide a free replacement.  Fortunately, only about 0.5% of our orders (1 in 200) encounter such issues.

Cancellations & Changes

Customers can only request changes or cancellations within 24 hours. After that, your order will go into production.

What should I do if my artwork arrived damaged?

If your artwork arrived damaged, please contact us via email at info@nordicpark.co with the following information:

• Your order number
A photo of the entire artwork
A photo of the specific area where the damage occurred
A photo of the packaging

With this information, we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
